Welcome to Pure Aura Healing: A New Chapter of Clarity, Purpose, and Presence

If you’ve followed my journey for a while, you’ll know that I’ve always been deeply passionate about holding space for healing, alignment, and inner connection.

Over the years, I’ve taught yoga, shared meditations, explored energy work, and held conversations that crack open the soul. It’s all been part of my own unfolding, and yours too, if you've walked alongside me.

So, why the name change?

Pure Aura Healing felt like a name that truly reflects the energy I now embody and the direction I’m being called to walk in.

My previous brand, The Movement Muma, was born from my love of motherhood, movement, and teaching. It served its purpose beautifully connecting me with so many of you through yoga, wellness, and motherhood support. But as I've grown, so has the clarity of what I'm really here to offer. I’ve personally and spiritually evolved and my offerings have also evolved.

Pure Aura Healing is an invitation into a deeper space. A place of stillness, softness, energy alignment, and spiritual awakening. It's about moving beyond the physical and into the energetic body... into the layers that whisper our truth when we slow down enough to listen.

Under Pure Aura Healing, I’ll be offering:

• Reiki and energetic healing sessions

• Guided meditations online

• Yoga classes at The Pilates Depot, Mt Barker

This isn’t just a rebrand, it feels like I'm 'coming home to myself' and owning my spirituality. I'm no longer holding back my thoughts, or words of wisdom anymore. I'm here to share and to be a beacon of light for others to do the same.

A space where we all get to remember who we really are: whole, intuitive, and completely enough, just as you are!
